the staff displayed really good kindness and were always ready to assist. the rooms feature elegant decor, and cleanliness impressed me. i enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub (it was a highlight after exploring!). this hotel offers excellent service comparable to a five-star hotel.
the phone in the room lacked clear labels for contacting the front desk. i had to go downstairs to inquire about the correct number and how to operate the lights. it created a minor inconvenience upon arrival.

the team was attentive and helpful throughout my stay. the reception staff assisted with transportation arrangements. i received prompt and courteous service whenever i needed assistance (it was truly appreciated).

the canal view room gave it a special touch.
I had high expectations based on reviews. the bed and pillows were not what i expected. the mattress was so uncomfortable that i asked for a pillow topper. It didn't really help.

The location was excellent. A water taxi dropped us right at the hotel entrance. i loved that i walked through a courtyard before entering the lobby. the hotel is near the accademia bridge. the staff was friendly and very helpful .
The toilet paper was fragrant. It would be great if the hotel offered a fragrance-free option for sensitive guests.
